MPK InfA Fast Detection Kit

MPK InfA Fast Detection Kit is available, ready-to-use, and optimized for specific conditions to help take the guesswork out of research.
This has been developed that utilize PCR or PCR-based techniques, including quantitative PCR (also known as qPCR or real-time PCR), reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR), and quantitative reverse transcription PCR (RT-qPCR). This convenient kit includes all the basic ingredients needed for a successful PCR reaction, such as polymerase, deoxynucleotides (dNTPs), buffer, and magnesium chloride.

Principle of PCR

MPK PCR Kit uses the enzyme DNA polymerase that directs the synthesis of DNA from deoxynucleotide substrates on a single-stranded DNA template. DNA polymerase adds nucleotides to the 3` end of a custom-designed oligonucleotide when it is annealed to a longer template DNA. Thus, if a synthetic oligonucleotide is annealed to a single-stranded template that contains a region complementary to the oligonucleotide, DNA polymerase can use the oligonucleotide as a primer and elongate its 3` end to generate an extended region of double stranded DNA.

Applications

From endpoint PCR to quantitative real-time PCR and RT-PCR, we offer a complete portfolio of high-quality products to meet your amplification needs.

Advantages
  • Fast Results : MPK PCR Kit returns results in about an hour. This means clinicians can receive results in a clinically relevant timeframe.
  • Shorter Time to Optimal Therapy : Faster results enable clinicians to make treatment decisions more quickly.
  • Improve Treatment Decisions : With fast answers on comprehensive panels, clinicians can better target therapy.
  • Avoid Unnecessary Antibiotics : When clinicians have fast diagnostic results, they are less likely to prescribe empiric therapy, and patients who won’t benefit from antibiotics are less likely to receive them.
